Bet he warmed up the observers a bit as he parted their hair!

That made me smile. Few things are as amazing as huge, flying transports passing only a few feet above the ground.
When I saw the props slow way down, I was thinking: "I hope that pilot leaves enough scooch room to go full throttle and regain some altitude.
Yeah, I admit it–I was impressed.
One does what one can to 'lighten' the mood… 🙂
Not very impressed. There was at least a full body length clearance on the first (L to R) pass, and much more on the second (R to L) pass.
Call me when folks have to actually get under the belly as it goes by.
