Full marks for courage to this Turkish man, Engin Koçak, who drove a burning gasoline tanker away from a service station in the city of İzmir in Turkey earlier this month.
He apparently left a trail of burning gasoline behind him, that set fire to several vehicles and buildings – but that’s still a heck of a lot better than having an entire gas station and umpteen thousand gallons of gasoline blow sky-high!
I hope his courage is officially recognized in some way. He deserves it.

It's hard to know what happened, but I bet that while he was filling the underground tanks someone with a lit cigarette went by.
