Here’s the next globalist panic-mongering effort

After COVID-19 and the Ukraine war, behold – climate change rears its ugly head again!

Deadly with extreme weather now, climate change is about to get so much worse. It is likely going to make the world sicker, hungrier, poorer, gloomier and way more dangerous in the next 18 years with an “unavoidable” increase in risks, a new United Nations science report says.

And after that watch out.

The UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change report said Monday that if human-caused global warming isn’t limited to just another couple tenths of a degree, an Earth now struck regularly by deadly heat, fires, floods and drought in future decades will degrade in 127 ways, with some being “potentially irreversible.”

“The cumulative scientific evidence is unequivocal: Climate change is a threat to human well-being and planetary health,” says the major report designed to guide world leaders in their efforts to curb climate change. Delaying cuts in heat-trapping carbon emissions and waiting on adapting to warming’s impacts, it warns, “will miss a brief and rapidly closing window of opportunity to secure a liveable and sustainable future for all.”

There’s more at the link.

I’m not surprised to read this.  It was inevitable.  After COVID-19 failed (dismally) to produce mass submission to the globalist agenda, and the Ukraine war appears to be doing likewise, the powers-that-wannabe have to somehow scare us into compliance.  I expect to see a whole raft of crises, emergencies and threatened disasters headlined around the world over the next few months and years, in an effort to frighten us into surrendering our rights and freedoms and becoming subjects rather than citizens.

H. L. Mencken understood this very well:

The whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed (and hence clamorous to be led to safety) by menacing it with an endless series of hobgoblins, all of them imaginary.

He was dead right.  Nazi Germany understood that, too, as Hermann Goering told a psychologist during the Nuremberg Trials:

Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same way in any country.

The ‘attack’ can be literal (as in another nation) or figurative (as in a disease or non-military threat).  The leaders of many international organizations and of many nations are using precisely that technique today;  and when one crisis and their anguished proclamations don’t succeed, they reach for the next crisis in their arsenals (whether real, imaginary or manufactured) and try to scare us even more.

Be very aware that this is going on, and be on your guard against it.  When politicians and news media start crying “Wolf!” in lockstep with each other about a particular issue, it’s generally safe to assume that the wolf is fake, and start looking for what’s hiding underneath the wolf’s skin.  I’m betting it’ll almost always be yet another attempt to bring about globalist dominance of sovereign states and their citizens, and reduce them to the equivalent of involuntary, coerced indentured servitude.

What’s the remedy?  Facts.  Truth.  Dig deep, discover what’s really going on, and publicize it.  If the mainstream news and social media try to block you from doing so, that’s a sure sign you’re on the right track.  If you weren’t, they wouldn’t bother to try to silence you.  Free speech exposes both truth and error for what they are, because anyone can investigate what is claimed, debunk it if it’s wrong, or confirm it if it’s right.  Free speech is the deadly enemy of deceit – that’s why the enemies of freedom make it a priority to limit (if not eliminate) freedom of expression.  So-called “deplatforming” is nothing more than a weaselly attempt to make censorship more politically and socially acceptable, and it’s just as wrong.

Defend the truth, and expose the lie, for all you’re worth.  That’s the heart and soul of freedom.

  1. ——-> SIGH <——-

    A "pandemic" with a 99% survival rate.

Shutdowns, mandates, panic screeching talking heads on the media, massive loss of freedoms.

Finally, the majority woke up and it is dying out.

    SO:

World War Three! Putin a monster! Albanians being slaughtered by the tens of thousands! Really?

Seems that it's not catching hold as firmly as the neocons, the warmongers, the NWO, and all the rest of the Globohomo crowd would like, so…..

It's back to Global Warming and the end of life everywhere!

Don't know about you, but I'm sick and tired of these dickwads constantly trying to panic us into total compliance, back into slavery.

Time we cleaned house and put these lunatics back in their place. That "place" being dependent upon just how much resistance they put up to being shut down. I don't give a hoot about how much money or political power they strut around with, it's time they- with all their antics- were stopped. And like I said, I don't care how. They are literally trying to kill us off….. let's return the favor.

  2. When one's poster child spokeshole is a fetal alcohol child, any such movement begins from the square marked "self-beclowned".

The tent I gone, and nobody's buying the camel.

This issue is dead, cold, and decomposing.

It's just that nobody told the Diversity Corps yet, because we don't have enough Kleenex and box wine to sop up their resultant Amazon-filling flood of tears.

  3. It’s called weather by normal thinking folks. But bored elitists needed another snake-oil crisis grift to maintain control. Global Warming is fine with me as we are enjoy a Spring-like reprieve on March 2 before Global Cooling whacks us again, as expected at 7500’ this time of year.

  4. Gotta push the global warming narrative to explain why politics will be causing food shortages and rising prices.

  5. "UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change"

I guess they've fixed the security leaks on their email servers. 🙂

Fun anecdote, there's a science teacher at our high school who routinely used to argue with me (friendly version) at lunch about climate change. I asked him about the IPCC email scandal and spinning messages and his response was "I've never heard of them". Selective hearing I'd guess. He doesn't seem particularly bright. Makes me wonder what the kids learn when he is dismissive of evidence presented by someone with a degree in engineering who presumably knows how to read studies and reports.

  6. Warmer global climate is conducive to better living conditions. Lots of history to show this. Longer growing seasons, thicker vegetation, fewer deaths. Cold kills far more than heat. Sad that it's so easy to panic the masses, but that has always been true.
