  1. It isn't OSHA that sets the rules for those "Road Work Ahead" signs. Not sure who it is, as every time I see the signs all I observe are folks straining to cause vertical shovels to crumple. Must be the hydraulic ram theory without the serious pounds/square inch pressure that usually makes hydraulics move stuff.

  2. I am told that the frequency of insurance fraud is so high in the former USSR, that insurance companies offer significant discounts to drivers who install dash-cams in their cars.

    The result is that the insurance companies reduce their fraudulent claim expenditures and we get to see more amazing videos on you tube!
