French firm Contrex came up with a brilliant idea to encourage women to exercise, and filmed it as an extended advertisement. It made me laugh out loud. It’s a bit naughty, but I think it’s safe for work. If in doubt, wait to watch it until you get home!

I often figured I would get more exercise if I had a computer chair/stationary bike that I had to peddle to keep the computer running. Web surfing and games would burn some calories for once.
