My approach to life is that it should be taken with a large helping of laughter, and sufficient firepower to keep it tamed!
How is this different from a booby trap in your house to catch burglars? Or the "attractive nuisance" concept? These guys could get sued for everything, and arrested in some jurisdictions.
Not that it isn't fun to watch them get it in the end. And hands.
