This is one of those clips where I gotta wonder, why was the videographer recording in the first place? Nothing was going on before the car turned down the street, and it looks like the camera was hand-held. I'm not saying it was a setup, mind you. Just wondering, is all.

The audio doesn't match what happened so it may be that they were using a hand-held camera to record the output from a security camera recording. Note also the last frame. It looks like they're filming a monitor.
