A plague of sex toys?

Police in Australia have a new mystery to investigate.

Australians have renamed a street “Dildo Boulevard” after 30 sex toys were found lying in front of a house on Friday morning.

Robert Johns and Laurelle Bates sex toys on the way to work in the morning.

“It’s a real mystery. We have no idea where they came from,” Ms Bates told The Northern Territory News.

“I know they aren’t new. They look used.”

Mr Johns said some of the dildos had disappeared over the day.

“Yeah, some of the bigger ones are gone,” he said.

Many of the devices are still lying outside the Osbeck Rd home though most are crushed under the wheels of passing cars.

One resident replaced the street sign – changing it to “Dildo Boulevard”.

“I just cracked up. It was very entertaining,” Ms Cappa said.

“I don’t know where they came from. This is the strangest thing.”

Perhaps the street should be re-designated for ‘members only’?

On the other hand, even if the police find the person(s) responsible, they might not prosecute. It’s only a littering charge, after all, which carries a fairly mild penile-ty . . .

  1. Then again, they might prosecute. I mean, somebody had to be a real prick to leave a lot of those lying about! (Even if they’re a prick in personality alone – all those excess toy pricks might be compensating for something…)

  2. “Yeah, some of the bigger ones are gone,” he said.

…I really don’t want to think about this. Not I’m going to have to go scrub my brain. With ethanol.

Sounds like a case for Dick Tracey?

  4. Here’s to hoping the neighorhood dogs bury a few in people’s yards for hilarious rediscovery years down the road.
