That’s a quote from the video report below.  It’s about Buckey Winkley, a hunting guide in the interior of Alaska at Rainy Pass Lodge.  He has a very impressive collection of firearms, knives and hunting memorabilia.  Take a look for yourself – he’s quite a character.  (I recommend watching it in full-screen mode to get the best view of the exhibits.)
