The students and interns at NASA’s Johnson Space Center have made several videos with the above title, some serious, some showing the lighter side of the campus. This one tickled my funnybone.

The best explanation for government I've ever gave was a NASA illustration oh how things get done. I asked the class "If NASA launches are from Cape Canaveral in Florida, why is mission control in Huston, Texas?" I get a lot of blank stares in reply. "Because the president was from Texas, and he was bring home the bacon; he'd nix the program if a lot of spending wasn't in his home state." The following discussion illuminated a lot of things, and that light caused a lot of much-needed disillusionment.
