I’m familiar with both fairies, sad to say: but thanks to Blue Cross/Blue Shield, not too intimately. BC/BS has been a big help to Miss D. and I from time to time – although I’ve not yet noticed a fairy hovering around my hospital bed, carrying a blue shield with a blue cross on it!
