That bin is in Peel, bedroom community just west of Toronto.
Here in the heart of a real city, folks secure the lids with tie straps that even a raccoon can't figure out.
Knock it over, sure; but the lid stays tight.
Must be country bumpkins out there in Peel.
In my neighborhood, he'd be a hat in the making.
