If you watch enough Russian dashcam recordings, you will see a lot of that sort of stupid violence toward vehicle operators. That they would switch focus toward a second group or person, and continue being violent, seems typical of too many Russians.
One of the possible explanations is Fetal Alcohol Syndrome. That appears to be quite prevalent in Russia.
