Except that the commie would never touch an icky evil grenade and never without a dozen others to back him up.
The most salient part of the pearls/swine parable is what the swine does to you after it deals with the pearls.
The problem is that both sides feel that it's a battle between good and evil and that THEY are the good side. (But only ONE side is correct.) 😉

…which is why, although I've already become well-equipped firearms-wise, I'm still buying more ammo, and fortifying the ol' homestead in other ways, as well…
