Yes, I think this is evidence of voter fraud. Cue the Supreme Court.

The naked, blatant electoral shenanigans of Democratic administrations in Wisconsin and Michigan are mind-boggling.  Click on the following headlines for more details.  There are more reports out there – these are just the first three that came to hand, as examples of the trend.

We previously noted an instance of alleged electoral fraud by poll officials in Houston, TX.  That’s the third such allegation about that area prior to the election.  Heaven knows what might have happened there during and after the event itself.

The Z Man notes:

Orderly, well run societies have orderly, well run elections. The results are known soon after the votes are cast and no one questions them. In disorderly, low-trust societies, the vote is messy and chaotic and no one takes the results at face value.

You see that with yesterday’s election … It is rare to experience an orderly, well run polling station. Instead it is long lines, broken equipment and lots of shenanigans.

Of course, those chaotic voting stations are not able to tally the votes in a timely manner, so the count carries on for days in some areas. Back in the days of mechanical voting machines and paper ballots, the vote was counted in hours. If the polls in a state closed at seven, the vote was known by nine. Again, there were exceptions, as nothing is perfect, but they were exceptions. Yesterday’s vote will not be known for weeks and much of it will be decided in the courts.

Now, one big reason for the delay is the people counting the votes need time to rig the results in such a way that makes it hard for the courts to see it. Pennsylvania, for example, is furiously printing up new ballots for people who did not vote. These will be filled out for Biden and other party candidates, then dropped off at post offices around the state so they can be added to the real votes. They now have nine days to make up enough fake ballots to tip the state to Mumbly Joe.

There’s more at the link.

Pennsylvania, of course, allows postal votes postmarked by or on the date of the election to be tallied, provided they’re received up to nine days after that date.  However, the electoral authorities have decided that all postal votes received after that date will be counted, whether or not there’s a legible postmark date – or no postmark at all – on the ballot.  That’s a gaping hole in electoral security that screams to be exploited.  I hope and trust the Supreme Court will weigh in and stop such obvious shenanigans dead in their tracks . . . but one doesn’t know.

If this goes on, I, for one, will refuse to acknowledge the results of the election in those states, and if a President is declared elected on the basis of such results, I’ll regard him as illegitimately elected.

  1. “If this goes on, I, for one, will refuse to acknowledge the results of the election in those states, and if a President is declared elected on the basis of such results, I'll regard him as illegitimately elected.“

    You are not alone.

  2. "Democracy" carries within it the seeds of it's own destruction. If an illegitimate Biden administration is installed there will be no turning back from a path to totalitarianism and despotic rule. If the people of the United States are so weakened, dumbed down, in debt, and needy that they will let a career criminal like Biden steal this election then there is no hope. From here on out we are just re-arranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.

The Federal Government already operates well outside the confines of the US Constitution so there is no rule of law.

Consent to be governed is withdrawn!

All actions in compliance with Federal Law henceforth shall be considered to be taken under duress.

I hope I'm proven wrong but it does not look good.

  3. Perhaps some good news:

BREAKING: Major errors lead to Biden getting extra votes in Michigan, Trump still in play

    November 4, 2020 11:32 AM

Executive Editor & Publisher of Gongwer Michigan, Zach Gorchow tweeted that he had spoke to Michigan's Antrim county clerk's office who reporterd that they are reviewing vote numbers due to what they call "discrepancies."

Gorchow mentioned it seems likely the vote totals were transposed. This means Donald Trump and John James (Republican candidate for US Senate) will gain roughly six-thousand votes statewide once this is corrected.

  4. What is mind-boggling obvious is the sheer brazenness of the fraud attempted.
The DNC is a guy trying to pull rabbits out of a hat while stark naked, and we can see them shoved under his armpits and taped to his hips. And with no hat.

When giant chunks of votes appear all going one way, in a state that was running 50/50 all night, they're not even trying to conceal the fraud.

    Exactly as predicted.

This is a recipe for civil war and martial law, in a matter of days, unless the court steps in and starts ban-hammering all the shenanigans as a matter of course.

And future elections are liable to be mandatorily in-person only, with purple indelible ink for the thumb.
    Period.

  5. “If this goes on, I, for one, will refuse to acknowledge the results of the election in those states, and if a President is declared elected on the basis of such results, I'll regard him as illegitimately elected.“

…for all the good that will do us. The left has been doing that for the last 4 years if not much longer. I'd go out and buy a protest gun but it may well just get taken away within a few years.

  6. If you go out and buy a protest gun, you'd better start thinking about who you're going to use it on as a protest. And not in 4 years, more like somewhere between 4 days and 4 weeks.

    That was zero hyperbole.

The courts are going to get about one chance to unfornicate this entire mess, after which the issue will be decided ultimately and irrevocably in the streets, in a banana republic manner. Possible within a matter of days.

While I'm not particularly sanguine about waking up in a country suddenly about 5M citizens short of the current population, I can get over it fairly rapidly, once the culling begins in earnest, given the Venezuelan alternative.

If anyone's head really isn't there, they probably haven't been paying close enough attention.

  7. “If this goes on, I, for one, will refuse to acknowledge the results of the election in those states, and if a President is declared elected on the basis of such results, I'll regard him as illegitimately elected.“
    Yup.

  8. I concur with the general sentiment. This election had better make it crystal clear to Normieville that the Dems are a criminal enterprise, and many in the GOP are complicit as gatekeepers.

They want compliance? They can get their own hands wet and dirty. I ain't doing it for them.

  9. Aesop: What is mind-boggling obvious is the sheer brazenness of the fraud attempted.

Bingo. I recall the writings of Theodore Dalrymple who studied Soviet propaganda (the propaganda used inside the Warsaw Pact countries). He was struck with how crude it was. Rather than what you would expect from western marketing organizations it was ham-handed.

Gosh, he wondered – how come?

His conclusion was that the propaganda was not intended to persuade. Rather, they were intended to humiliate. It was showing who was boss, and who wasn't. It was to grind the Wrong Sort Of People down, so that they knew they were the underclass – and know who the overclass was.

Of *course* they aren't trying to hide this. They really think they rule the country.

  10. Borepatch is quite right. It's the rough equivalent of droit du seigneur/primae noctis.

'Look at me. Not only am I lying to your face, baldly and blatantly, there's not a damn thing you can do about it.'

Which is why the proper response is to shoot such would-be feudal lords in the face.

  11. I was surprised to see MI swing blue, as when I went to be it was well into the red. Same with WI. I was suspicious when I woke up and found they had both swung to the dems.

  12. A bit of history worth remembering from a man who lived in similar circumstance:

"And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling in terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand? […] The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin's thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt!" —Alexander Solzhenitsyn, The Gulag Archipelago

  13. Borepath,

    Agreed.
The only acceptable answer to that sort of behavior arrives at between 800 and 3200fps. With friends.

  14. Orderly, well run societies have orderly, well run elections. The results are known soon after the votes are cast and no one questions them. In disorderly, low-trust societies, the vote is messy and chaotic and no one takes the results at face value.

What he doesn't mention is that in the Republican led counties and states, the election was orderly and well run. Our county's results were online within a half hour of the poll's closing. The state of Florida, with over 10 million voters, took an hour longer because they wait for portion of the state in the central time zone to close before processing the votes.

The worst places in Florida are the blue, Democratic counties. When Governor Ron took over, he fired the worst election supervisor in the state from one of those blue counties (Broward) and they got better, too.

The lesson appears to be they prefer messy, chaotic voting because it makes the voter fraud easier to pull off.

  15. Not death.

The civilian equivalent of "Flogging Around The Fleet":

The accused gets one lash from each voter in the state who is so inclined, with a cat o' nine tails.

    Until expired.

Broadcast live on open-access TV, and mandatorily on licensed broadcast stations, for one and all to watch.

    Pour encourager les autres.

    I'm sentimental like that.
